PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES

In order to avoid any miscommunication or any misunderstanding at your consultation, acknowledging and accepting the required forms and understanding how to care for your new cosmetic tattoo, if you are not fluent in English, please arrange for someone to help interpret for you. Please advice the interpreter that they will need to be present for the entire appointment.
Scheduling a Consultation and Procedure
Makeup for Keeps LLC provides free non-obligated consultations for 20 to 30 minutes. If followed by a procedure, appointment may take up to 2 1/2 hours - 3 hours. If you're unsure about committing to a procedure, it is best to schedule a consultation first. You have the option then to schedule your procedure date when it best suits you. Otherwise both consultation and procedure can be scheduled all in the same day. Keep in mind, when coming as a group, there may be a wait between procedures when performed back to back. Expect long hours of waiting so please plan your day accordingly.
Confirmation of Appointment
As a courtesy, I'll do my best to remind and confirm your scheduled appointment 1 to 2 days in advance by text. To avoid missing an appointment in the event I am not able to contact you, it's always best that you make a note and a reminder of your own appointment.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may force you to reschedule or cancel your appointment at the last minute. Appointments are usually scheduled for 2-3 hours at a time. As a courtesy, please kindly give 48 hours notice to allow us time to fill in your schedule with another appointment.
Please be advised that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, this will possibly cause a disruption to the next client's appointment. In the event you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule for the next availability. To avoid any inconvenience to all parties, please arrive on time.
In the event you failed to show up on your scheduled procedure date, to guarantee your reservation for future appointments thereafter, a valid credit card will be requested upon holding a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. If you are uncomfortable leaving me a credit card over the phone, I'll gladly welcome you on a walk in basis to take your payment in person. The deposit will be applied to the total cost when the procedure is performed. If you fail to show for that appointment, no further appointments will be scheduled and the deposits will be automatically charged to you as a "no show fee", no exceptions.
I am more than happy to welcome walk-in customers on a non-busy day, however if you were to walk in and we have a full schedule, likely you may not be seen that very day unless we have an unexpected cancellation where you can take place of. To avoid the disappointment, it is highly recommended that you schedule an appointment in advance.
Children / Guests
I love children! But in my efforts to offer a relaxed atmosphere for you and for the safety of your child, its recommended not to bring them with you so please arrange a baby sitter in advance.
You are more than welcome to bring a guest with you to accompany you to your appointment. Although they are not allowed to be in the procedure room, they can wait for you in the waiting area.
We offer referral rewards where you can earn credits to your future touch ups. The credit will only be awarded when your referrals receives their procedure.
If you came to Makeup for Keeps as a referral, please be sure to indicate that persons full name on the consent form so that I may thank them appropriately.

Although Makeup for Keeps makes every effort to keep the website and menu updated, please note that our policies, prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice.
You must be 18 years of age to receive permanent makeup services, no exception!
No Refund Policy
Makeup for Keeps LLC has a No Refund policy regardless of the outcome of your permanent makeup procedure. As a professional, I always give my best work and provide my clients aftercare instructions to attain the best results possible but please be fully aware that every individual will vary it's results. There's no control over how the skin will heal and I am not able to foresee what the end results will be. At your consultation, you will be well informed of the procedure's risk factors and by signing the consent form, you fully agree to those terms and acknowledge the no refund policy.
