OUR POLICY

Please review Makeup for Keeps LLC policy prior to your appointment

Communication

If you are not fluent in English, in order to avoid any miscommunication or any misunderstanding during your consultation, acknowledging and accepting the required forms and fully understanding how to care for your new cosmetic tattoo, you will be responsible to arrange for someone to help interpret for you. Please advice the interpreter that they will need to be present for the entire appointment which may take up to 3 hours. If you fail to bring one with you, there's a possibility that we will need to reschedule until an interpreter is available for you.  

Scheduling a Consultation and Procedure

Makeup for Keeps provides free non-obligated consultations for about 30-45 minutes. If followed by a procedure, appointment may take up to 3 hours. If you're unsure about committing to a procedure, it is best to schedule a consultation first. You have the option then to schedule your procedure date when it best suits you. Otherwise both consultation and procedure can be scheduled all in the same day. Keep in mind, when coming as a group, there may be a wait between procedures when performed back to back. Expect long hours of waiting so please plan your day accordingly.

Scheduling/Confirming an Appointment

For New Clients, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each new service appointment.  It will be applied towards your service. 

 

A text confirmation from Vagaro will be sent to you once you book your appointment and a reminder as you approach your appointment date.  You have 72 hours to reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the total value. See Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show policy below. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Shows

You may reschedule once at no cost but if required to reschedule a second time, an extra fee of 20% of the total value of your appointment will be applied. To reschedule without a penalty, please provide at least 72 hours notice.  For non-emergency last minute cancellations (less than 72 hours) and no-shows, a charge of 50% of the total value will be applied. 

 

2nd sessions are mandatory for new clients. You have 6-8 weeks to schedule this appointment to complete your session.  Failure to attend the 2nd session will result in a charge of 100% of the total value of the 2nd session.

Arrival Time

Please be advised that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, this will possibly cause a disruption to the next client's appointment. In the event you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule for the next availability. To avoid any inconvenience to all parties, please arrive on time.



Walk-Ins

I am more than happy to welcome walk-in customers on a non-busy day, however if you were to walk in and I have a full schedule, likely you may not be seen that very day unless I have an unexpected cancellation where you can take place of. To avoid the disappointment, it is highly recommended that you schedule an appointment in advance. 

Children / Guests

I love children! But in my efforts to offer a relaxed atmosphere for you and for the safety of your child, its best not to bring them with you so please arrange a baby sitter in advance. If you disregard this policy and still arrive at your appointment with your child, I'll be force to reschedule your appointment.

Although Makeup for Keeps makes every effort to keep the website and menu updated, please note that our policies, prices, services and contents are subject to change at any time without notice.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age to receive cosmetic tattoo services, no exception!

No Refund Policy

Makeup for Keeps has a NO REFUND policy regardless of the outcome of your permanent makeup procedure. A service was rendered therefore a payment for the service received will be collected. As a professional, I always give my best work and provide my clients aftercare instructions to attain the best results possible but please be fully aware that every individual will vary it's results. There's no control over how the skin will heal and I am not able to foresee what the end results will be. At your consultation, you will be well informed of the procedure's risk factors and by signing the consent form, you fully agree to those terms and acknowledge the no refund policy.

Payments

  • All payments for services rendered are expected upon completion
  • We accept cash and major credit cards.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
Due to the nature of our services, there are No Refunds. Clients resumes the responsibility to pay for the services that was provided regardless of the outcome.



Makeup for Keeps reserve the right to refuse services at any time,

to anyone, for any reason.
